Pas de chant, de guitare ni de batterie. Last Sleep est nouveau prétexte pour Yu d'explorer des styles différents : en l'occurrence, cet album, plutôt axé sur de l'ambiant dépressif, utilise principalement du piano et du synthé. Personnellement, ça me fait penser à ces interludes utilisées par les groupes de funeral doom gothique, comme My Dying Bride ou Remembrance, mais cette fois sur tout un album. Très mélancolique avec de belles envolées par moments ("Nightmare"). Yu sait ce qu'il fait.
